Your case status

We keep you posted on your case, so you never have to chase answers.

If you are an Ability Legal client, there are two ways to check your case status. Soon you will also have a portal with your own username and password.

  1. Check with the Judicial Branch

    If your case is before a court, you can look it up with its 23-digit filing number in the Judicial Branch case search.

  2. Ask your lawyer

    Message us on WhatsApp with your name and case number. We will reply with the updated status and next steps.
